Leadership on the Lake is Pet Partners’ annual invitation-only leadership summit. Hundreds of talented leaders come together for a two-day summit of hands-on team building activities, talks by industry professionals, an awards ceremony, and more. This year, the event was held in beautiful and historic Cooperstown, New York, on Otsego Lake.
